the location was excellent as it was right next to the railway line and close to the town centre. This made it convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided great service. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had comfortable twin beds. Spent Christmas at this place and it was lovely! the room was spacious, clean and had a comfy bed. the staff were really friendly and accommodating. the location was great too, very close to shops and restaurants, which was handy since we wanted to grab a meal on Christmas day. the hotel had free parking, which was a plus.

The noise from the street was a bit of an issue, which made it hard to sleep at times. the room had no kettle and we had to boil water on a pan which was not very convenient.

Our romantic escape was perfect thanks to the great location of this hotel. We were able to reach all attractions conveniently and had an amazing view of the train passing by from our room. , the value for money is unbeatable considering the free parking and excellent shower facilities.

There was no one at the reception when we arrived, and we had to call the number on the board. It was also frustrating that the self-catering facilities were not up to standard, including the absence of a basic kettle.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were how quiet the room was, the great shower, and the independence we felt in the apartment-like room. Despite being close to the railway line, we didn't hear any trains! The location is also fantastic, with the train station just two minutes away, and this city's downtown just a short walk away. The lady at reception was helpful and friendly, and the coffee machine and tea pot in the room were a very nice touch.
